Grilled Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
    2 red peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
    2 yellow peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Place pepper pieces on metal skewers, alternating colors. Brush peppers with oil. Cook on grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
    Serves 4.
