Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (chunky)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 container Cool Whip (8 or 9 oz. size), defrosted
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese on low speed.
    Beat in confectioners sugar, peanut butter and milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust. Freeze until ready to serve.
    Set out a little time ahead of serving to let it soften a bit.
