Granny'S Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Carnation cream
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove bones; dice.
    Place butter in deep frying pan. Add the flour.
    Brown slightly, then add 2 cups chicken broth, vegetables and cream. Cook on slow heat until vegetables are done. Stir in diced chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in pie crust; place in oven at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 until crust is browned.
