Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
4 eggs, beaten
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 small onion, sauteed in oleo
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 until begins to brown.
