Sweet Potato Casserole With Praline Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until well blended the first 7 ingredients.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a shallow baking pan.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in potatoes until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spread evenly in dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and nuts in a medium-size bowl.
    Work in butter with hands until well blended. Sprinkle on potato mixture evenly.
    Bake for 60 or 70 minutes, until topping is browned and bubbling.
    Makes 12 servings.
