Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. cream
    cayenne pepper
    salt and white pepper
    nutmeg
    6 slices crisply fried bacon or 1/2 c. diced ham
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    slightly baked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs and cream with seasonings.
    Use pepper and salt to taste.
    Place crumbled bacon or ham on top of pie crust with cheese slices on top.
    Pour egg and cream mixture over this and bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 minutes.
