Chicken Parmesan(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken parts (breasts, legs, thighs), skin removed
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. basil leaves
    2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 eggs, beaten (I use skim milk or egg whites)
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then into crumb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour, until fork-tender, at 375\u00b0.
