Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped, 1 1/2 c. sliced cucumbers or 4 stalks sliced celery
    1/2 c. red onion, sliced
    2/3 c. frozen petite peas
    1 1/2 c. chopped tomato
    2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in a large bowl.
    Mix vinegar, water and 1 teaspoon sugar and pour over salad.
    Blend cottage cheese until creamy.
    Add sugar and spices.
    Blend well.
    Spread mixture over salad.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
