Foolproof Fudge(Serves 30. Preparation :05. Cook :15. Total :20.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 to 2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place margarine, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts in large bowl. Set aside. In large 5-quart heavy saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and continue stirring for 8 minutes (mixture will bubble up). Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixture and stir to blend. Beat with electric mixer approximately 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
