Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. instant chopped onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut meat into 6 serving pieces.
    In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown meat in oil over medium heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly; cook on top of range or in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
