Hawaiian Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits (1 1/2 c.)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows or 16 large marshmallows
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/4 c. almonds
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    Combine pineapple and 1/4 cup liquid, marshmallows and cherries.
    Let stand 1 hour. Fold in whipped cream.
    Put in individual serving dishes.
    Chill; sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
    Serves 6 to 8.
