Zucchini Squash And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced
    1 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until brown.
