Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large Red or Golden Delicious apples
3 large oranges
4 or 5 bananas
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 small jar maraschino cherries
1/2 to 1 c. orange juice
maraschino cherry juice (in jar)
Preparation

Peel and chop apples into smaller than bite size pieces.
Peel and section, then chop oranges the same as the apples.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then cut into pieces.
Add orange juice, nuts, cherries and cherry juice.
This will not keep over 2 days, but will not last any longer either.
You can use any kind of fruit in this, coconut, pineapple, etc.
