Southern Fried Squirrel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squirrel meat
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil squirrel until tender.
    Remove from water, pat dry. Season and coat with flour.
    Place into hot oil and cook until brown.
    If desired, make brown gravy.
