Green Beans Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. fresh or frozen cut green beans
    1 small onion, sliced and separated
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Place water, green beans and onion in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on High for 10 to 14 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes until beans are tender.
    Drain.
    Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container.
    Toss with beans.
