Fruited Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fortified whole bran cereal
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters or 1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. cranberries or chopped apple
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine bran, yogurt, milk, butter and egg product; let stand for 5 minutes.
    In bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon; stir in bran mixture just until blended.
    Stir in cranberries and raisins.
    Spoon batter into 9 greased 3-inch muffin pan cups.*
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve warm. *Twelve greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups may be substituted. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
