Chicken Ranchero - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag crunched Doritos
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small diced onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 whole cut up (deboned) chicken
Preparation
    In 8 x 10-inch lightly oiled baking dish, put crunched Doritos.
    Tear chicken into small pieces and place on top of Doritos.
    Mix and heat Ro-Tel tomatoes and both soups in pan until hot (use juice of tomatoes and just enough water where the sauce is a medium texture; you don't want it too thick or too thin). Pour this over your chicken.
    Add onion and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
