Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 head cauliflower, broken in flowerets
    1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    4 green onions, chopped
    5 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces, or bacon bits
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, green peas, green onions, bacon, eggs and cheese.
    Spread with topping as though icing a cake.
    Let set overnight; toss before serving.
