Cocktail Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Beaten Eggs
1/2 c. Milk
2/3 c. Crabmeat
8 oz. Swiss Cheese, cubed
1/3 c. Green Onions
Dash, Cayenne Pepper
Parsley
9-inch Pie Shell
As many fish fillets as you and your guests will eat.
Butter or ?
Cajun seasoning or ?
Lemon, Parsley, Fresh Dill and/or ?
Preparation

Broil fish fillet about five minutes 2 to 3 inches from the flame.
Pierce with a fork at 1-inch intervals.
Spread with butter or ?
Season with Cajun seasoning or ?
Return to broiler for five minutes or until done.
Garnish with lemon, parsley, dill and/or ? Serve.
