Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe bananas, cut
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. oil
    1/2 large carton sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour (white or wheat)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in blender; do in 3 batches. Mix blended and dry ingredients. Add chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans 2/3 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Delicious!
