Anchovies In Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen dough
    2 (2 oz.) anchovy fillets
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Thaw dough and let rise.
    Cut into 8 pieces.
    Take piece of dough and roll out flat.
    Semi-drain anchovy.
    Place anchovy fillets in center.
    Roll back up into a ball.
    Seal tightly.
    Fry in hot oil on all sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
