Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can cream-style or whole kernel corn
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper or pimiento
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk or whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk.
Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
