Pasta And Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 c. zucchini, sliced
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 lb. fettucine, cooked
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in oil until tender.
    Add water, bouillon and vegetables. Cover and let simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until tender crisp. Toss with hot fettucine.
    Makes 4 servings.
