Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    assorted chicken pieces
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple rings (for garnish)
Preparation
    Put chicken in casserole.
    Mix all ingredients (except pineapple) together.
    Spread over chicken.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and place pineapple rings on top and bake another 1/2 hour.
