Tarheel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. strong black coffee
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare pastry for 8-inch (1-crust) pie. Combine eggs, molasses, syrup, coffee, melted butter, salt and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine pecans and flour.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until firm.
