Crunchy Fish Dilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Soak fish fillets in lemon juice and water.
    In a large plastic bag, combine cracker crumbs with salt, lemon peel, dill and pepper.
    Drain fish and pat dry.
    Dip in beaten egg and then in cracker crumb mixture.
    Fry in 1/4 to 1/2-inch hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
