Beef And Rice Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. beef broth
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef until crumbly;
    drain.
    Add tomatoes, broth, mushrooms, onion, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and rice.
    Stir
    well.
    Simmer
    until
    rice
    is tender, about 20 minutes.
    Serve in bowls.
    Top each serving with sour cream.
