Tiny Cream Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy.
    Gradually add flour, beating at a low speed just until blended.
    Spoon dough into ungreased miniature muffin pans, filling full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes approximately 1 1/2 dozen.
