Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving 6 tablespoons of juice.
Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in reserved juice.
Add butter, cheese and pineapple.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Add Ritz crackers on top and reduce oven to 250\u00b0.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
