Slush Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. any-flavor jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 (48 oz.) cans pineapple juice
    2 c. sugar
    1 (2-liter) ginger ale or 7-Up
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in cold water.
    Add juice and sugar.
    Stir until all sugar is dissolved.
    Pour into ice cream pail and freeze.
    Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
