Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in small amount of water
baked 9-inch pie shell
whipped topping

Preparation

Combine raisins, sugar, water, cinnamon and salt in saucepan. Let simmer for 15 minutes until raisins are plump.
