Mexican Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 cans water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. regular Fritos
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients 1/2 hour; add rice.
    Continue to simmer until rice is covered.
    Arrange on tray or Lazy Susan:
    fresh chopped tomatoes, onions, avocado, lettuce and 2 cups grated Longhorn cheese.
    Slightly crumble Fritos on plate.
    Top with ground beef combo and favorite other toppings.
    Top with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
