Company Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. dry oatmeal
1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. ketchup
Preparation

Add green pepper, garlic, onion, celery and oatmeal to ground chuck.
Work in eggs, milk, 1/4 can cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
Shape and put in loaf pan.
Mix remaining soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and spread on top of loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
