Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal cutlets
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    beaten egg
    milk
    cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Dip in beaten egg.
    Dip in milk and cracker crumbs.
    Coat well.
    Brown in butter.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Pour grease (butter) over meat.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
