garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
beaten egg
milk
cracker crumbs
butter
Preparation
-
Dip in beaten egg.
Dip in milk and cracker crumbs.
Coat well.
Brown in butter.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour grease (butter) over meat.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
