Browned Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1/2 thinly sliced bell pepper
1/2 thinly sliced onion
3 to 4 carrots, thinly sliced
Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

In electric skillet, saute pepper, onion and carrots (2 teaspoons shortening).
Lower heat.
Add rice and mix well.
May be served with beef, pork or chicken.
Two to 3 drops Kitchen Bouquet may be added to make rice brown.
