Romanian Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops or steaks
4 Tbsp. uncooked rice on each chop
1 Tbsp. chopped onion on each chop
1 Tbsp. green pepper on each chop
1 large can tomato puree
salt and pepper
3 c. water
Preparation

Lay pork chops on bottom of casserole.
Put 4 tablespoons uncooked rice on each chop, 1 tablespoon chopped onion and 1 tablespoon green pepper on each chop.
Pour over 1 large can tomato puree; salt and pepper.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Add warm water if necessary.
