Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small turkey wing or leg
    1/2 onion
    2 to 3 bunches collard greens
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil meat and seasonings together until meat is tender.
    Wash and cut greens into small pieces; remove thick stems.
    Add greens to boiling seasoned water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add extra seasoning to taste if needed.
