Cucumber Relish Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers
    salt
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers; cut each lengthwise in half.
    Into medium bowl, with teaspoon, remove seeds and some pulp from cucumbers to form shells; place shells on serving dish and refrigerate. Coarsely chop cucumber pulp in bowl; stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt and remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
