Tiramisy "Pick Me Up"(A Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fine ground coffee or 1/4 c. Espresso
1/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. brandy
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1 lb. soft Mascarpone cheese
6 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
20 ladyfingers
shaved chocolate

Preparation

Filter 2 tablespoons fine ground coffee until 1/3 cup of boiling water.
Mix together with 3 tablespoons brandy and 1/4 cup coffee liqueur.
Cream together for 5 minutes 1 pound soft Mascarpone cheese, 6 egg yolks and 6 tablespoons sugar.
Fold in 6 beaten egg whites.
