Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 peeled and smashed ripe avocados
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 large (9 to 10 oz.) can bean dip
2 bunches chopped green onions
2 medium seeded and chopped tomatoes
8 oz. or 2 c. grated Cheddar or taco cheese
Preparation

Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning. Assemble by first spreading bean dip on bottom of serving platter.
Cover with avocado mixture, then spread the sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning mixture over.
Sprinkle on tomatoes and onions and cover with cheese.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
