Cherry Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) pkg. Keebler Ready-Crust single serve graham cracker pie crusts (12 crusts)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into tarts. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
