Bourbon-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
Place pecans in the bottom of the shell.
Pour mixture over the pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cover edges of pie crust with foil strips to prevent crust from being hard and too cooked.
