Corned Beef "N" Cabbage Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size potatoes (1 1/4 lb.), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion, coarsely shredded (5 c.)
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute the potatoes in oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Add the onions; saute 1 minute longer.
Add cabbage, corned beef, caraway seed, pepper and salt.
Mix well.
