Mamma'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 2 squeezed lemons or 1/2 c. concentrated lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
7 full Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Prepare crust or use store bought.
Mix juice of lemons or lemon juice with water.
Stir together in medium saucepan sugar, flour and salt.
Pour in lemon water, stirring well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour into pie shell.
Beat egg white, cream of tartar and cold water until it peaks.
Spoon onto pie.
Bake to golden brown on top at 375\u00b0.
