Cheese Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Divide each biscuit into fourths.
    Take cubes of cheese and mold biscuit dough around each cube.
    Make sure to close all gaps of dough (this will keep cheese from melting out).
    Heat deep fryer until hot.
    Drop cheese drops into oil and cook until light brown.
    Remove and serve warm or cool.
