Filet De Atun(Tuna Steaks) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tuna fillets (1 1/2 lb.)
salt, pepper and dill
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/2 red pepper, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. Assafroa or pinch of saffron
fennel and rosemary to taste
Preparation

Rub tuna steaks with salt, pepper and dill.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet and pan-fry tuna steaks over high heat, 3 minutes per side.
Remove tuna to baking dish and set aside.
Pour off oil in the skillet so that only 1 tablespoon remains.
Saute onion, peppers, parsley and remaining spices until they are just cooked. Pour sauce over tuna in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with fresh, chopped parsley and boiled new potatoes.
