Creamy Dill Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 c.) bag cooked Uncle Ben's boil-in-bag rice, cooled
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Herbed Yogurt Dressing
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Combine rice and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dressing and toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Stir in bacon before serving.
