Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash browns
    1 small sour cream
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    In a large bowl combine potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup of margarine and salt and pepper.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
