Beef Party Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish or according to taste
dried beef, finely chopped (approximately 3 oz.)
Preparation

Place cream cheese, onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and 2/3 of dried beef into mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 1 minute until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Shape mixture into a ball and coat with remaining dried beef. Serve with crackers.
Yield:
1 (16 ounce) ball.
