Hot German Potato Salad Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown bacon and then remove from pan and drain.
    Add celery and onion to drippings.
    Cook until onion is limp.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except potatoes, parsley and bacon.
    Cook until thickened.
    Stir constantly.
    Fold in potatoes, parsley and bacon.
    Cover and heat.
    Serves 6.
